You can use your existing O365 or live/outlook to login, otherwise (Click here to create).
Sign in to Microsoft Certification Dashboard using your Microsoft Account and password.
Do follow the steps as shown to setup your account.
Create your profile.
On the Microsoft Certification Profile page, please fill out the requested information.
Once completed, please click save and continue button. You have successfully created your profile!
